Volunteers are the lifeblood of Pacific Masters Swimming. With the exception of one compensated administrator, virtually every aspect of managing the LMSC, and implementing its programs is in the hands of our volunteers.

From a myriad of assignments and projects, to organizing and officiating at competitions, conduct of the LMSC’s business is carried out by volunteers. Pacific’s volunteers are professional, passionate and dedicated in all that they do. Pacific has a legacy of volunteerism from the earliest days of USMS when it too, was a wholly volunteer organization. Through the years, our members have occupied significant positions in the national organization and continue to help shape its direction and operations.
